CGC provides an array of services to both organizations and to individuals. When we provide services for organizations our focus is on the improved effectiveness of that organization or organizational component. While we have a client who is an individual in that organization, our efforts are directed toward the organization and not to any specific individuals. These services include:

• Customer/Stakeholder Focus Groups
We also provide services to individuals. In this instance our focus is on the development of an individual or a group of individuals in an organization.
We design and deliver customized, customer-specific training and development programs targeted to four different levels:
• Team leader
• First Line Supervisor
• Mid Level Manager
• Senior Level or Executive Manager
Over the years we have perfected our core content which we display as part of the CGC Curriculum. Clients typically review the curriculum and then work with us to tailor a specific response to their needs and targeted at the appropriate level to meet their objectives in cost-effective ways.
